Join us October 22nd @ 7pm for an informative session with some of our own local professionals on dealing with Grief and Healing. Whether you have recently experienced a loss or would like to gain knowledge to help you manage one of life's unfortunate but inevitable experiences this seminar is for you.

This October 31st, the ghouls are groovin’ and the witches are wheelin’—starting with a spook-tacular Jitney at 6:30pm, followed by a fang-tastic Dance at 8pm that’ll raise the dead (or at least your spirits)!
Live music by Milhouse — bringing the fright-night funk and monstrous melodies to keep your feet moving and your soul grooving.

Our Fall Learn to Curl runs for 6 weeks (every Friday) starting on Friday, November 7th. 6:30PM - 7:30PM
Join us for an informative evening on Health and Wellness on November 12, 2025 at 7pm. From learning how to remain physically active to mentally active while navigating the uncharted territories of aging. Fran and Tara will present a wealth of knowledge to help point you in the right direction.
