Job Title: Recreation Facility Summer Student

Term: Summer (Seasonal)
Wage: $17.60/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable summer student to support the daily operations of our recreation facility. This role includes facility setup and maintenance, customer service, event support, and assisting staff and patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and take down equipment for programs
- Perform general cleaning and basic facility maintenance
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service and respond to inquiries
- Assist with programs, activities, and special events
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Maintain attendance logs and basic records
- Assist staff and patrons with basic technology needs
Qualifications:
- Current student (secondary or post-secondary)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with basic technology
Working Conditions:
- Evenings and weekends may be required
- Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting, setup, etc.)
