We are thrilled to announce that the SCCC is the recipient of the 2023/2024 New Horizons grant in the amount of $24,706. Details about the approved improvements will be shared in the upcoming months. Thank you to Cheryl Apers whose efforts were instrumental in securing these funds.
The New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) is a federal grants and contributions program whose goal is to support projects that help seniors stay active and engaged in the community. Community-based projects are eligible to receive up to $25,000 in grant funding
