It was an exciting morning as the Sydenham Community Curling Club took to the airwaves with Tanner and Robyn at CKXS 99.1 FM to discuss the upcoming events at the club. What did we discuss? Well we covered many things including:
- The Rusty Nail celebrating the love of curling and promoting men’s health in ‘Movember’ in memory of Bob Gurd.
- The upcoming Christmas Jitney and some of its fun components made available.
- Our partnership with the Chatham-Kent Public Library and its interactive ‘Learn to Curl’ Storytime.
- New ways to play including guest pass and the semester pass made available recently.
- And a public introduction to our new general manager Stacey Dobbin and new bar manager Michelle Freeburn.
